Soriv is an app that translates EPUB books entirely on your device. We designed it to need as little of your data as possible — in fact, we collect none.
None. Soriv does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. There is no account, no sign-up, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking.
The EPUB files you import, the translations Soriv generates, your reading position, and your settings are stored only on your device. They are never uploaded to us or to anyone else. Translation runs locally using an on-device AI model — your books never leave your iPhone or iPad.
The only time Soriv connects to the internet is to download the translation model, a one-time file fetched from our content delivery server over a standard encrypted (HTTPS) connection. This request is anonymous and contains no personal information. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical server logs (such as IP addresses) for security and operational purposes, as is typical for any web request; Soriv does not receive, store, or associate this information with you.
Soriv does not include third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
Soriv does not collect any data from anyone, including children.
